Just received a call from this number. The woman was very difficult to understand. She asked if we had a copy of our last electric bill from Duke. She said that she wanted to give us a rebate, but needed some numbers off the bill. If Duke wanted to give me a rebate, they would HAVE all the numbers!
this number just called here. silence on the other end. called back and a recorded voice said.."you call is very important to us" ...then a female recording comes on with " you are number 3. please wait 60 seconds for you call to be taken.. I hung up then
Received a call from 513-273-4310 today. The gentleman said he was from Duke Energy and said we had 4 rebates on our account. He wanted my husband to get his Duke bill so that he could go over the rebates with him. But needed some information off our Duke bill. Thank goodness my husband did not do this and asked the man to call back. The caller just hung up the phone.
Received call this morning, man stated he had a bad connection and could not understand me very well. Will call back. I had no problem understanding him.
