When I answered they hung up after a few moments. Tried reverse lookup and several said it was in Cinncinnati or suburb, land line, but not more without paying.

I would not talk to them. When I called the # back to be taken off the call list it only rings busy.

affordable energy....called reference better rate for Ohio Edison customers.  I don't have Ohio Edison but they are claiming to be able to lower your rates.
