Call to lower your credit card interest to 6% - when ask who - the rate reduction department of  Chase and several other departments.  Obvious scam - once past prerecorded message transferred to Indian/Pakistan live male operator.   About 3 sentences in - asked for credit card number.  Number they called has been on do not call list since inception.  The listed calling number is clearly fake.
