Who called from 5142019988

Just got a phone call like 2 mins ago....second time....didnt answer either one.

they called around 12.10pm mountain time to my rogers phone.  When I called back from a land line a pleasant sounding french voice explained that this number was not in service.

Called. but did not answer.

Called me - I didn't answer as I didn't know the number, googled it after, turned up this page. No message left. Im with Bell.
