They always ask for Mr ... or Mrs... They likely can't differentiate between a first or last name. Singh is either one or the other to them. We confuse them when we have supposed "last" names-- Stewart, Morgan, Thomas etc, as first name and vice versa. ( I have both-- a last name as a "first " name and v/v)
If they can';t tell me which is which, they don't talk to me
If these people wantour jobs so bad, they can try to emigrate to Canada, apply for the same job, and watch when it is given to their cousin in Jakarta or Mumbai
