They call to "confirm" information about your business. Like, "is so and so still employed here?" and when you give them an answer and try to get off the phone, they continue to bombard you and want to "confirm" the address. Yet they call at least 3 times a week to "confirm". When your business is a lawfirm with several hundred employees, confirming that everyone works there or has such and such title is exasperating. I have referred them to our website multiple times, I have refused to answer their questions, hung up on them, been outright rude and still they call. Sometimes multiple times in one day from the same number but different operators asking questions. Do yourself a favour and don't answer it.
