A woman called from this number looking for my son saying that he needed to contact them immediately that he had 3 pending felonys and if he didn't contact them he would be arrested. They wanted information on ny son and my husband refused she told my husband he was stupid. He asked to talk to a supervisor and she was also rude. Im sure this is a scam. They also knew my son's name

This person has called numerous times from different numbers but it's always the same male voice with the same message about calling them or have my attorney do so. Never leaves a name that the message is intended for. I've spoke to law enforcement about these types of calls on more than one occasion even going to the extent of check with the warrants division to see if something is going on that I haven't been notified of. Definitely no warrants which doesn't surprise me but hilarious that these people would be so dumb as to think I wouldn't call the actual sheriff's department to validate information first considering I don't intentionally or knowingly break lawsand have no reason to believe I'd be in any sort of legal trouble whatsoever. Don't even bother calling these people back its scammers grasping at straws trying to intimidate people out of money threating legal trouble. Felony charges don't get courtesy phone calls they get officers issuing arrest warrants at your front door. How stupid do these people think we are??!!!
How many people actually FALL for this scam? Don't these frickin LOSERS have anything better to do than try to scam people out of their hard earned money.
