I have been getting the same call with the same message. They have called my phone with this message several times. Has to be a scam because they keep saying if I don't call them, I waive my rights. Can't believe they are that nice to be giving so many chances to "waive my rights".
You waive NOTHING by not returning the call (an illegal threat). I'm guessing the caller is a bottom feeder looking for a sucker to extort money from. IF there was an actual case, you would NOT have a warning call. Ignore & block the number.
