515-221-6303 is Wells Fargo (check by calling it back) although caller ID says "out of area" .... Wells Fargo is also how they identify themselves when you answer.
We're jobless & job hunting in our household x2 of us .. hit 30 days apart with this depression trend. It's 10% unemployment in our area so it's slow going.
Another number they call from (& this one they are abusive as well as harrassing with up to 15 calls a day even if, on the 1st call of the day, you have told them when to call back to reach the person they are calling for & even if that person DOES talk to them daily & even if during that call gives them the time ) ... 360-885-4395 with "Vancouver,WA" on Caller ID
very suspicious. called back, their automated greeting/pick-up message said it was Wells Fargo Card services, a woman introduced herself as Eileen and was asked for Wells Fargo Account number. I said I did not have one because I do not have an account and she proceeded to ask me for my Social Security number. (Who does that?!) I declined and she asked for the number I was being called at. I provided that and her response was "It appears we've been trying to contact Ben Russell, do you know that person." I said no and she stated they had the wrong number and would remove my number.
10-15 times a day, both home and cell - do not leave messages. location is des moines, IA. upon callback, their outgoing vm msg purports to be wells fargo card services, but requires detailed information. called wells directly and they do not know the phone number. am in touch w/their fraud division about it...
received numerous calls from 515-221-6303, didn't answer since I did not recognize the number thinking they'd leave a message on my voice mail. They didn't leave message. Whe I called back they wanted my Wells Fargo credit card number. I told them I did not have one. They said they can pull it up with my social security number. What number will they pull yp with my ss number if I do not have a Wells Fargo card? Do they think I'm that stupid? Now, how do we make this stop and who do we report this to?
bought a t-mobile account less than twenty four hours ago, and have given the number to noone, and made only a single call to my girlfriend, and just recieved a call from this number. i missed the call, but what the hell.
