515-221-6303 is Wells Fargo (check by calling it back) although caller ID says "out of area" .... Wells Fargo is also how they identify themselves when you answer.
We're jobless & job hunting in our household x2 of us .. hit 30 days apart with this depression trend. It's 10% unemployment in our area so it's slow going.
Another number they call from (& this one they are abusive as well as harrassing with up to 15 calls a day even if, on the 1st call of the day, you have told them when to call back to reach the person they are calling for & even if that person DOES talk to them daily & even if during that call gives them the time ) ... 360-885-4395 with "Vancouver,WA" on Caller ID
Received calls from this number and 515-327-3019 and 503-403-2670, all on my cell. Which by the way the bank does not have on file! When called back they claim to be Wells Fargo Card Services. They ask for your account number and/or Social Security number, When you refuse to give them that information they may hang up on you! When we contacted Wells Fargo (in person) they told us that they would only ask someone to verify the last 4 numbers of either of the above.
Received a call from this number twice today, once early in the am and once around 7 pm - no messages left. It looks like many people have called them back and have been told they're a division of Wells Fargo? They certainly call at odd times of the day for bank, don't you think?? I did a little research and it looks like the calls are coming from Iowa. I'm reporting this to Wells Fargo tomorrow. I hope no one is giving these people any information.
Yes, I just got a phone call from this 515 number and all last week I got calls from the 503 number. They are both Wells Fargo related. I think they're callin' to collect a credit card payment from me, but I handle all that online. I got a call from them at 8am on a Saturday morning and I was trying to sleep in! ANNOYING!
Just got 2 calls this evening from 515-221-6303. Since I read the messages on this board, I knew what to expect and did not give any info. When I called the number back, the woman said that since she could not look up my file, I would continue to get the calls. I immediately called Wells Fargo and realized my credit card was past due and figured that was probably the reason for the calls. I spoke with someone there and they didn't really have an explanation for the calls. He said there weren't any notes on my file that someone tried to call and said always to call the number on my card when in doubt. Very weird!
