Just got a call from a 515-327-4429 # from des moines, IA (1st time). I hung up as soon as it asked for permission to accept call so didn't get to find out what the call is about.
I'm not sure who this is, if it's Wells Fargo, they've made a BIG mistake. I paid my bill already. They have no right to call. I'll be happy when I get my taxes done and pay off the tiny bill I have to get away from this horrible company. I work for a credit union and literally half my new members are former Wells Fargo customers.
this wellsfargo people have no mercy on their customers...i was late for a day and they wanted to charge $35 for that, if we call any other credit card company they always waive the fee based on our payment history, wells fargo is nothing but man eating monsters...
If I am having problems paying bills, this is always the last one I pay because they refuse to even talk to you or work with you if your are having troubles. They are annoying. Thankful for caller ID.
These Wells Fargo chumps are a joke! Always pay my bill on time or even before. Kept getting call after call from them and didn't know why. Didn't know who they were at first cause they never left a message so I decided to call back and found out I had a late fee for being 1 damn day late for the first time ever. Then they also wanted another $23 dollars because I didn't catch the fact that I was late one month and didn't pay it due to the fact I don't look at the bill that comes in the mail and only pay online which doesn't give u that info. They lady kept telling ne it was closing time and I couldn't speak to a supervisor then she Hung up on me. I called back and they were closed. This bank SUCKS!!!!
