Called this number again,, and found it is Wells Fargo, they have some problems with the automated greeting not recognizing the account. But is collections instead of the regular agents so sometimes come off as harsh on calls.
Going through old voicemails of a former employee which include debt collection calls.
Caller ID name for this number was 844 0023384 and the number was 515-331-9485. It sounds like the calling party didn't hear the beep of the answering machine, and just said "Hello?? Hello?" then disconnected. Searching leads me to believe that this was a debt collection call.
