I've been annoyed with them for so long and been ignoring them. I decided to finally answer and no one is there! I've answered at least 3 times to silence. What am I supposed to do if they're not even talking any more?
Cbe calls all the time. I HAD an unpaid hospital bill that went to collection. I was hit by an uninsured motorist and my car insurance finally paid. The hospital turned it over to cbe but never told them they were paid directly or so said cbe. I used to answer the calls, I was called a liar by a rep. I told them to call the hospital. I logged 76 phone calls after the claim was paid and told the hospital to make them stop, buth they keep coming. Yes this is slimy, no they are not nice. Reputable folks leave messages and provide follow up and not assume the worst that we all lie.
