I saw that the caller ID said THOR IA. I answered the phone, just for fun, and said, "Thor, Iowa? I don't know anybody in Thor, Iowa." Dead air with background noise. I said, "Is this the Windows scam?" A young sounding foreign woman said, "I want $500. Now I want $1000. Yes, this is the Windows scam." I told her "There are a lot of things I want, but you aren't one of them, Babe!" I hung up. Now the number has been added to my call blocker. By the way, the Call Type is SCAM.
They have called many times and they say nothing if I answer. When my husband answered they said we heard you having computer problems my husband said no and hung up.
No message left, sounds like its the Indian guys again tho from all the comments ive read, ive had them call before and i was like "oh this is where you tell me your microsoft and somethings wrong with my computer and i pay you money to fix it right?" and i got the reply "yup" I told them before "Kinda funny since microsoft don't contact you over the phone stupid idiots" and hung up ^_^; Stupid scammers, thankfully most of our phone companies now have a way of tracking them and blocking them for us with the new features they are getting :)
