He's told me that he's working on the federal legislations regarding the new marijuana taxation issues. I'm going to either boot his four legged rodent butt out from under my boat house soon... or have my wife start writing up the contracts for his new ownership of most of the state of his choosing. Damned Wood Chucks...

Unfortunately, I believe that my state (which still allows and does not even regulate rates of payday loans) is one of those states where it is not only possible, but perhaps even likely to jail someone for contempt for not showing up to a hearing or answer interrogatories to tell a judgment creditor where to local your assets.
There are ways out of this consequence, and it shouldn't occur if someone received proper notice of the lawsuit. But my state has lately not been known for its intelligence. And, in fact, my state is perhaps the least expensive in the country in which you can actually buy and own a legislator. Seriously.
