CBE was sued not so long ago because they were in violation of Federal law. It looks as if they need to be reported again. I also think that "Timothy" needs to go back to college and get a real job. If not he should jump off a bridge. There isn't a place for those kind of people in society1
Okay guys if u recieve a call justwork with payemnt options, we don't wanna see a bill hit ur credit for 7 some odd years. If u don't have an outstanding debt and its a wrong number SAY SO! we remove the number BUT it doesn't stop any other collection agency from call u from a different account! I no its sucks if u had a previous number from someone who didn't pay debts, i personally dont agree with it either. As far as Fair credit reporting act we know it all, ppl saying they were previous collectors and seem to no EVERYTHING dont, we are NOT trying to harrass u and im sorry if u feel that way especially if u dont owe the debt or we ahve the wrong number. and if u think insults hurt us they dont, its just another story at the water cooler! As far as other collection agencies are concern CBE is different. We care about getting are money as much as we wanna help yah out. Debts are not funny and we no ur behind on other bills. Its not that hard for us to set up an arrangemet and NO we dont take moeny out early or anything. IDK who u ppl paid in the past but thats illegal unless u sign a contract or the company has some sort of legal rites as to do it. We heard ALL the stories and we no hw to help!
