These calls are produced by companies associated with scientology. If you are getting these random calls from different numbers every day, you made their harassment list.
Ok this is getting really annoying. Just like Belle, I've received more than I can count number of calls from various area codes and I keep blocking but they keep changing the number. Once you pick up the phone the general message is as following: Some recording will tell you that if you like to be removed from the list (meaning to be put on Do Not Call List), press 5 or 9. and I believe this way, they'll find out if you're a real business or a person and they keep calling you. I don't know what the purpose of this is since they don't even sell anything!!!!
