Other posters have indicated this is a survey which as a ROT is exempt from the DNC.
800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.
Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

Matthews - that is all the will say when asked to identify themselves. Said my husband was expecting the call, (No he wasn't). Finally came to acknowledge it was a survey scammer.
