It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.
Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

called at 5pm on Sunday left no message on my machine.. I let all calls go to my machine, only takes me 15 seconds to scan 20 calls, much faster than answering them... most people, friends call my cell and if they are not known they are blocked out..
