Actually they send me a steno paper with a hand written message:

Thanks Jayson - The return address on the letter is 125 NE Venture Dr., Suite K, Waukee, IA 50263
When I google the address and phone number it comes up as a business.
Little fishy if you ask me, I am not going to call. I wonder is this is harassment since its through the US postal service???
we received a letter saying the exact same thing, hand wrote and on yellow paper. the phone # has been disconnected. we are from baxter, he even has our po box #. how did he get this? and we are wanting to sell our house, but have not listed it yet. who is this guy. also in my letter his wife is Ada.
this is not the jason that lives in newton, the names are spelled different, however i think this is the same guy who got busted for the prostitute ad on craigs list last week. the names are spelled the same. and i believe he is in jail now.
im from california and i also received a letter hand written and on yellow paper saying the same thing except the names were different. Another difference is that the number was 515-978-2616 like i said im from california and the return address happened to be somewhere im familiar with so when i looked at the number i got suspicious and looked this stuff up. so i have no idea whats going on here but i know im not calling the number for sure
