Got the pre-record from "Sharon" for Google! After being a long-time Google user, this was a pleasant surprise. Asked for Sharon, and they actually transferred me to someone claiming to be Sharon (I think it was actually Jasmine). Asked directly if she was an employee of Google, and to me it sounded very much like she said she did. Definitely was trying real hard to not admit she wasn't calling from Google. But if their phone call has created some kind of interest to you (possibly FTC related), then give them a call or pass their number along to some organization that might be interested.

And if they do call you, have a nice little pleasant chat with them. Really, be polite and interested. Listen to their proposition (but they record your calls, so don't say the word "Yes"). I know it goes against FTC and Consumerist (http://consumerist.com/2013/08/27/please-dont ... cammy-robocall/) suggestions, but if enough people do talk to them and take up their time, perhaps robo-calling will no longer be productive.
