Scam! block them which you can do if you have an iphone very easily in your call list. I don't know about android. This is an intimitadation scam so they are going to try and scare you. Don't worry, all scammers have are curse words and scare tactics.

Your post is reported for being ugly, mean and hateful to no useful purpose. You add no useful info to the thread, except maybe the caller was using a the name "Civil Procedures" as a cover. You undid any good your post might have had by tipping off the scammer about "no govt entity that would ever introduce themselves as such". So you pretty much helped a scammer be a better crook in her very next calls. If you stuck to the facts and not engaged the scammer out of anger, you would have something on the ball there. If you have to yell, at least don't give them tips on better scamming.
I knew it was a scammer, so I said "Yes" in a baby voice when I answered the phone. The woman said, "could I talk to a grown up?" and I kept saying "Yes" in a baby voice. I said Yes a few times then I told her to F-ck Off!!!!
