13 July 2016 at 3:06pm Robo Call from 516-273-7142 recorded message stating "chosen to receive a GE home security system with On-Star protection, at no charge if you put a small solar signs in yard." CID reads LOCAL but is not from my state. Calls multiple times a week with same message.
