this is a type of b.s. this country lets happen here they call elderly people to try to scam them out of there savings and keep on calling them over and over again those should be thrown in a hard place so get some of there on payback!!!!!!
The same thing happened to me! I finally got to talk to a person, and when I told them to stop calling or else I would contact the authorities they just hung up on me. Here is the number that always calls me.
My boyfriend's cell keeps getting calls from this number (516-300-1605)...it has gotten to the point where whoever this is, is calling up to 8 to 9 times a day. I have answered a couple of times and when someone finally says something they will ask if either of us are interested in going back to school. Of course not because I already am going to school and my boyfriend is not interested. We hang up! But still they call. Tonight they called again....I answered and before the guy (with a VERY heavy accent) hardly got anything out of his mouth I said that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I did (I think) and basically said that if whoever it was called again I was going to report them to the authorities and that my boyfriend and I were not interested. The guy then had the nerve to say "so you have a boyfriend?" What in the world was that all about? A few years ago I had the same issue with my phone number and it got to the point that I had to change my number. I just don't know what authority to contact...the police or the cell phone company!
