Just got a call from this number saying I had microsoft errors on my computer. They said they could fix it if I let them take control of my computer. Person could hardly speak english and of course it is a scam.

What going on with my desk computer? Can it be the phone company that did this? The AVG won't let me use the XP-window? It funny that my old laptop is working with the XP-WINDOW,but I can't open Verizon under my account to open my E-MAILS,because of my broken tablet ,the touch screen digitizer won't work because the glass screen is broken!
