Who called from 5163765402

Some energy company called on my phone  that is on the Do Not Call registry.
Caller spoofed a local number as he sounded distant and foreign

called twice in an hour time span. another pos blocked.

They call once or twice a day, every day. Caller ID says ATT. I called back and no one answers.
Obviously not AT&T. Maybe it stands for ATTention. It should say ANN for ANNoying.

Same here, I'm in Suffolk and I get the same, sometimes 2-3 times a day, good to know this is just spam but also "ANNOYING", yes :/

Called me three times within half hour.  I answered the phone because it said ATT - thought maybe a family emergency or something - it was green energy group - I cursed at them several times and told them never to call again
