Voice activated robo call. I answered but didn't immediately say anything. Then I said hello. After a 3 second pause there was a click and the message began. "Hello, this is Joe, how are you today"? Then it paused for a reply. That's when I hung up.
Came up afpo on my id screen...so I didn't answer - guessing it is something to do with collecting for police officers - SCAM!

Yes, I got a call from the scammers on my caller ID as AFPO. Do not send these rotten rat crooks one penny. I will block this number. If they call one more time, I will report them to the FCC.
