It's a scam of course BUT! There is a way to deal with these foreign 3rd world scammers. Ask them for THEIR Paypal address & you'll send them a Paypal invoice. You'll never hear from them again. Even if you do, so what? You can log into your Paypal account & check them out. Oh no! The scammer vanishes in a puff of logic!
Just got a text from this number. It was almost word for word the same text as yours. If this character is doing the same thing from the same number, why hasn't something been done about it.
I received a txt from 516-4431-8405 asking about a car I have for sale on Craigslist. He looked okay to me so when he
asked for my email address I was stupid enough to give it to him/her. Sure hope they cannot get into my accounts. I tried
to contact my internet company to change my email address, but of course they are closed.
