Called me three times in 90 minutes. I finally picked up and same story as everyone else. "You have been selected for $100 because you used a Chase Debit card at Wal-Mart or Target and that comes with a $4 activation fee." I proceeded to inform the man that he has called my work cell phone, which is only known to everyone in the company I work for, and can't possibly be connected to my bank account or credit cards. "If this is a business phone we will not call again, I am sorry".
tldr; Tell them they called a business land line and they will go away.
I have gotten this call just today. I was informed that I had won a Target gift card for 100 dollars. I asked caller which company he works for, he said US benefit. But it looks he called on the street. Backgroup is very noisy. I told him please do not call me again and hung up.
The number (516) 453 5593 has called me seven times already today, I am not sure what about because I miss the call each time but they never leave a message. I am very annoyed and would like to know how to block this number.
