This number identifies on caller ID but no name. Said my windows licence was about to expire and my computer would be shut down if I didn't. Can't any one find out who owns this telephone number and prosecute them???
Same here. The caller asked to call back stating that my Windows license had expired. When I returned the call a man answered and gave me the same [***] about how my Windows license had expired. When I told him that I have a Macbook and don't use Windows, he quietly hung up!!!!!
I got the same call and message that my Windows computer will be shut down if I don't call back. It is obviously a scam. I never answer or call back unknown numbers! I hope someone catches these criminals that try to take advantage of others.
Spam call pretending to be Microsoft. The caller asked to call back stating that my Windows license had expired.
I have worked on computers for over 20 years and never have I heard of Microsoft license expiring, and Microsoft states that THEY NEVER EXPIRE!
