called 3 times, nobody on the other end, but not dead air. they are calling my cell. wont answer anymore

I got a call from number 516-590-1850 and this guy went on explaining how beautiful their service is, demanded VISA credit card number to provide him. Broke the FCC regulation law to call me on my cellphone and offered a bogus warranty. When I hang up on him, Called back again and threaten to have my car number VIN flagged as no covered for warranty. What a Wuss!!

Actually had a "+" in front of this number on my caller ID, which always puts up a red flag.  Asked for the owner by the last name.  I hung up and didn't even give them a chance to talk.  I could hear noise and voices in the background.  S

This number has called numerous times to my cell phone which is registered on the no call list. I never answer and they never leave a message

Called and asked for owner by name, but I told them to remove from list when I said he wasn't available and they asked for another owner.
