Asked “Is this XXXX?” Knew my first name HOW? (I never answer that question until I know who’s calling.)
Had heavy Asian accent.
Was calling from an extremely noisy room with lots of people talking & lots of static on the line.
Said she was “Calling from U.S. Medical Center" (not THE US…..—dead giveaway!)
Being an RN all over the globe for 40 years, I said "I don't think there is such a place" & hung up.
There is no doubt these people are breaking US & NY laws and probably gathering personal information to sell to hackers or other criminals.

I'm getting multiple calls a day from this number. Caller ID says "New York Call". The few times I picked up there was no one there. If you call the number back, it says it's invalid.
