Simple minded caller doesn't know that here in America we could buy systems to protect our computers (McAffee, Nortons and a few others...We have control and not somebody in a foreign country....Feeling simple- minded now!!
Received a call from 5166130225, guy with Indian accent said something about Microsoft, this is the second time he call this number (business line) but first time I spoke with him. I told him that we have our own tech guy and that we are in the do not call list, to put us on his do not call list and that if we received a another call we would take legal action. He hung up,
"Jacob" called me twice today to inform me that my computer was "compromised" and to log on to my computer. I asked where he got this information. His answer? The "government." I kept him on the phone asking him a bunch of questions instead of doing what he told me to do. How did he get this info? So you're surveilling my computer? I played a bit dumb to let him think there was a chance that I'd fall for it lol. He kept alluding to working with Microsoft but when I flat out asked him if he did he avoiding answering the question. I told him I didn't have Microsoft on my computer (I do) and he asked what kind of computer I had. Me: One that doesn't have Microsoft. He asked again. Me: don't you have all of this information from the government?? He finally hung up on me, lol.
