A few problems with that:
1. Phones can't handle a noise level high enough to be much more than a nuisance.
2. If you picking up calls, you are going to get more calls.
3. Your family, dog, neighbors might become irritated with the loud noise. This can end badly.
4. You say you want to deafen a person, in fact, you plan to do so. You are hoping to hurt someone. This strikes me as the act of an unwell mind. Take are hard look at yourself. Shame on you.
You can cut down on the number calls in much better ways. You can take legal steps under the TCPA, maybe even make some money if you work it right. And your first thought is to deliberately want to hurt someone? smh......
Received a call from this number from a man with a heavy accent stating he was from the US Grants Dept. . .he even spelled the word "grants" when I asked him to repeat it. Said I had been randomly chosen to receive a $10,000 grant that did not need to be paid back. I politely said I didn't believe it and hung up.
