Lady from this number called saying I could get frr Grant money. I didn't get how much because sometimes bad cel reception is a plus. Said I'd have to call back and she gave me the number 315-210-8763(see above)plus a case number.
They initially sent a text message from MY PHONE to that number, saying "can I call you later?" I thought was very creepy so I saved the number and they just called me but I didn't answer
