So ANITA JONES from Full Circle Financials keeps calling and has no idea what she is doing. She calls my work and gives up information that is a clear cut case of bad debt practices. Then she leaves a number I call back and it sounds like I am calling a third world country. But besides that, out of the blue I have know idea what they are calling for since I have yet to recieve anything in the mail. So until then they can keep calling, except when I send the cease and desist letter.
I received 8 called in a 2 day period with only 1 message left. A collection company clearly in violation of Federal Collection acts which do not allow the continually calling and hanging up not the hiding of who is calling (Navaigata showed up on caller ID, the VOIP Carriers name) The number belongs to a Full Circle Financial collection company an agent of Arrow Financial, and purchase of a debt from Plains Commerce Bank a deadbeat predatory credit card lender.
