So ANITA JONES from Full Circle Financials keeps calling and has no idea what she is doing. She calls my work and gives up information that is a clear cut case of bad debt practices. Then she leaves a number I call back and it sounds like I am calling a third world country. But besides that, out of the blue I have know idea what they are calling for since I have yet to recieve anything in the mail. So until then they can keep calling, except when I send the cease and desist letter.
This Collection Company's Automated system keeps calling every day to speak to me about an account that isn't mine. After I finally spoke to one of their representatives, and asked them to send me something in writting about this so-called account, they refused. Then they wanted my social (Which I didn't give). I told them that if they will not send me anything in writing about this obviously fraudalent account, that they need to quit calling. In trying to explain this to their agent, I was constantly interupted.
I have dealt with these people 5 times now. And they still keep calling.
In my mind, these people are fishing for money. They will not send official documents on supposid defaulted accounts (Of which aren't mine anyway). My next step is reporting them to the FCC.
So they called my wife and I about 6 or 7 times this a.m. So I called them back from my office @ this number646-352-9991. When they answered they asked for my name and what this call was in regards to. So I told them that someone had left a message for my wife or I to call. They then refused to speak to me regarding the issue. So I asked for the name of the company and what they did. He told me the company's name was "Full Circle Financial" and he could not tell me anymore. So I told him you got to be kidding, you can't even tell me what type of financial institution you are? And he kept coming back w/ the same answer "he could not tell me what they do." Plus the idiot was from India I believe.
I believe this is a fishing scam, so watch yourselves people
Called 4 times today for my husband. When I tell them he is not home, they refuse to tell me who they are or what they want. Keep asking for an alternate number to call him at. I can hardly understand a word they say and when asked to repeat they get rude.
I have received calls from this 646-352-9991 number for weeks now! I have answered, hearing odd music, then when someone comes on the line they have such a thick indian accent that i can hardly understand them. They say they are calling me about a collection account. I ask for further information, and they say they cannot tell me more. I asked for a supervisor or manager, who comes on the line and yelling at me in with his indian garbage and tells me that if I am not willing to work with them they are going to ruin my credit. I do have one credit card account in trouble that says this Full Circle is handling my account, so that is why i tried to talk to them. They call me at least twice a day, sometimes hanging up. I told them to get someone who speaks english to call me if this is a valid company. I am not sure, I don't want my credit in trouble.
