Do not give out any information to these non english speaking knee jerks. I have turned them over to my attorney, I will be taking them to court for fraud, harrassment and anything else I can throw at them.
this person says he is from some law firm and wants me to call him back. says it is time sensitive. will considering that this guy barely speaks english and i have gotten calls like these before is pay no mind to them.
I did actually do one of those payday advance loan things..and set up payments..they would take the money out automatically from my checking account...but it wasn't timely and made me have so many issues with my checking account that I had to close the account. this was like 5 years ago. Then like a month ago a man Frank Foster called from 516-986-5556 saying if I didn't pay this CRAZY high amount like $1300 that the local police or sherriff would come to my job and arrest me. clearly freaked out I followed their instructions and bought a $200 dollar green dot card from walmart, then called him back and made the payment. He said he was going to email me a receipt...it never came.. About one month later he calls again, at my my work as for me saying to the receptionist it was reguarding a LEGAL INVESTIGATION OF FRAUD..Mr. Frank Foster then tells me that since I have not paid the balance that the sherriff will now come to my office tomorrow and arrest me and my supervisor. I am so upset. What can be done?
I started getting call from the above number, NOT Sure "How" they Got it? Claiming to be a Law Firm "SUING" Me for a Pay Day Loan, and Asked me for My Credit Card Number Yeah Right! Like I was "STUPID" Enough to give it to them? Please Help! Thanks

I was at my mom's and they called asking for my brother, I told them they had wrong number. He then informed me he was from the sheriff's I still told him he had wrong number. I received calls like this at work a few years ago threatening me if I didn't give them money, I received the calls at work I finally told them I was going to get my work security involved and file charges against them. they quit calling.
I just got a phone call today saying the same thing too saying i owed 5000 dollard and that by monday they would have me arrested when i dont even owed nothing.what should i do.
