Female asking for the business owner. When I said I was business manager she declined to speak with me.

Caller ID reads Hayden, AZ so I did not pick up and no message was left. They called our business in CA.

Male asking for the business owner. When I said who? he declined to speak with me.

Asked to speak with "the owner" - I asked to take a message and they said they'd call back.

Continued calls excessive spam the calling dialer is calling numbers on 800 do not call list with FCC the dialer is hanging up on the 2 to 3rd ring when it recognizes the dnc order.  This is not how 800 dialing is to be managed and dialer needs to be fined.
