Who called from 5202103613

These idiots call twice every freaking day. Always hangs up when I answer. I made a complaint with my phone company, I hope they can put a stop and go after whoever this is. I just want it to end, don't I have that right? Don't I have the right not to be harassed?

Received call. No message left.

Called 6/21/17 @ 1007A.. No msg.. Of course a scam.

Called 7/5/17 @ 3:19P. I answered and an automated voice said "Sorry to have disturbed you" and hangs up.

Scam call perhaps? No one says anything when you answer - also when you call back no explaination as to who it is.
