My phone rang at 1:40 p.m. on Monday, December 29th, 2014.  Caller ID said TUCSON, AZ and the number.  I didn't recognize the number so I never answered it.  The phone rang only 3 times and stopped.  Sure signs of a robocall telemarketer or scammer of some type.

Called. ID= wireless caller.
No one there when I answered (I normally don't answer these and let them go to voicemail)
