We have received numerous calls indicating it's a debt collection agency. We do not have any outstanding debts

Its possible some deadbeat used your phone number on the application for a loan they weren't planning to pay.  Tell the caller that and order them to stop calling.  That's how I got rid of the calls I was getting for Michael the Deadbeat.  It worked.
