Who called from 5202544547

Van Guard Associates -they try to recover money for past due Federal Student loans etc.

A man named Russell called would not say what the matter was and would not give a call back number or leave a message. Was kind of rude!!

Apparently he was trying to collect funds for a past due Federal school loan.

A very rude man just called and asked for me by name, I said that that person was not in and if I could take a message...he said I'll just keep calling back until I get her. I don't owe anyone anything so geesh....
