but today I answered it is a scam
lady on line asked for me by name, then stated had found my AV software had a bug in it and I had to allow them access to my computer to fix the bug.
also copied my entire email group, but be careful.
When I asked what AV program she represented she said McAfee.
I do not use McAfee or Norton as they helped virus and malware to get on my system.
For best AV use PCMatic and FIX ME STICK.
Been using them for several years and never, so far, had any issues.
Scam call from computer solutions stating needed control of computer to update the program we had purchased. No purchase...and on the Do Not Call Registry
