I am monitoring an old phone number and I-phone owned by my elderly sister (82). This guy who says his name is George Washington keeps calling this number and asking for my sister. I told him that I will not give him her new number because my sister's family knows this is a scam attempt. He told me something very vulgar and I hung up. He continues to call occasionally, and at times, a lot; but I won't answer anymore. He is a pest.uunknown
