This guy claims to own property that is listed for sale and then tries to rent it out hoping to collect rent and deposits. They have removed listing ads (Homes for Sale)from sites like Trulia and Zillow and then placed rental ads in its place. Total Scam! Beware of rental scams by checking out properties with a realtor or rental management company before giving any deposit or rent $$.
