Same here... I received a call from this number at 4:29 CST today, and it went immediately into the recording of a conference call in progress. I hung up without pressing any keys. I suspect that if one has ever been involved with a network marketing group of any kind & at any time, that the up-line managers can access your information and take it with them from company to company as they move around. I made the mistake of joining one of these many moons ago, and I have received this type of call from time to time, and there's seemingly no way to put an end to them.

I can say exactly the same thing. They called my cell phone about 1hr 15min ago. I havent had Vonage for years, and the cell phone number number was assigned several years after I dropped my Vonage account.
I am in Missouri, but from what little information I can see here, the calls seem to be randomly directed all over the country. My guess is that, although they might be calling from a list, they may just be generating random, but valid numbers to dial using a computer or a PBX and dialing them without targeting anyone in particular.
In case anyone is interested, I didn't answer the call and, because I never bothered to set up the cell phone voice mail, they cannot even leave a voice mail message. If someone wants to reach me, they have to call my VoIP landline, which blocks most junk calls, rings my landline first, then rolls over to my cell phone, and then rolls over to my VoIP landline's voice mail, and sends a copy of the recorded voice mail to my telephone via email.
I don't think they intentiomally left a message but there were instructions to press 1 to be connected to my life conference call that was starting now left on my VM
Called @1:16PM, Sat., Feb 28. CID says Private Caller and since I don't know anyone by the name of Private Caller I did not answer & they left no message. Just have to add 520 A/C to list of blocked nos.
