The message left as transcribed by Google Voice ius below.   It was the start of a  survey or a lead in  to sellig something. not sure. don't care.   DNC list is bogus. Have reported tons of abuses to their web site.  Nothing ever happens.   Never any prosecutions for anything published.   One outfit has been calling me for 3 years.   Reported them 25+ times and gave up

If you support more gun control, press 1. If you support less gun control, press 2, I didn't hear you respond. Are you still there, If you're still there please press any key on your phone now Once again. If you are still there please press any key now. .

>>>
"I ask you, whens the last time someone was actually prosecuted for violating this law ?"

So I gather you are either suffering from a case of phone rage or are just plain willfully ignorant.  Which is it, so we can send the appropriate help?

I find it interesting that this one:  http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2007/02/sms.shtm  was the ftc against a Canadian company and that none of the defendants showed up in courts so they got a default judgement.  I'm curious though how the FTC, an American regulatory board has any authority to have a judgement rendered against a Canadian company.
