Who called from 5203425309

Earlier today I received a call from 855-223-8220 about a claim for a Kim Li (no one I know).  Just now i received a call from 520-342-5309 stating this was a call for Kim Li.  They tell him they have a claim against him and give the same claim #.  End message with "Kim Li" you have been notified.  I feel sorry for Mr. Li

Do not answer calls from 520-342-5309.  They are calling my employment and my cell phone with ridiculous claims about being arrested within a day.
