The avalanche of calls occur 12 hours a day, the day after we set up new service with Century Link. Despite having a Non-Pub and Unlisted number. Despite arranging for Century Link to enable the *60 Call Rejection feature, the recording message says we don't have that feature.
The telemarketers, calling themselves "Home Security Promotion" refuse to remove our number from their dialer despite numerous attempts ordering them to do it and assurances that they would. FTC/FCC and State Atty General is next I guess.
Its an alarm company, telemarketing. They do not follow telephone sales guide lines which leads me to believe they are really some kind of scam. Attempted to be placed on their in-house do not call list, and magically I begin receiving a torrent of calls from two other numbers. Will be pursuing more aggressive legal action.

This telemarketing firms want to give you a "free" home security system. Where they make their money is in the long-term monitoring of the system. They call my office somewhere between 3-5 times per day. They have been calling for almost three weeks now. I ask them every-time to take me off the call list. "Andy" is almost nice, but "Jason" is a real piece of work. I told them I will file a complaint with the State AG office if they don't - they said "go ahead".
